The Lark platform was recently introduced to Bondex Group to support the continuous advancement of its digital construction. In order to fully explore the various functions of the Lark platform, and help the staff master Lark and apply it to their work to achieve efficient collaboration, improve quality and efficiency, the Group will successively carry out special training camps entitled "Lark Efficiency Pioneer" in Chengdu, Qingdao, Shanghai and Xi'an from June 15.
What is "Efficiency Pioneer"?
"Efficiency Pioneer" is a pioneer team composed of selected personnel from all divisions. Through offline training, it aims to cultivate:
1. Application Experts, who are proficient in Lark’s functions
2. Pioneers, who explore innovative applications of the Lark platform
3. Internal Trainers, who share and promote the best experience of the platform application
The first training camp was held in Chengdu from June 15 to 16, with 26 trainees from the Air Transport Division, Railway Transport Division, Western China Division and Human Resources Department participating in the training. The training focused on the core functions of the Lark platform, such as immersive Lark online meeting, knowledge base construction and the advanced applications of multi-dimensional table, etc. Through systematic explanations and practical exercises, it ensures that all trainees can master and apply them flexibly.
The training class focused on how to deeply integrate the functions of the Lark platform with daily work, and solve pain points in daily work through innovative thinking to improve work efficiency. The "Lark Efficiency Pioneers" will share their learning experiences and practical experience to help the whole team master the use of the platform, and improve their platform application capabilities.
Next, the "Lark Efficiency Pioneer" training camp will be held in Qingdao, Shanghai, and Xi'an.
