In February 2023, the second workshop of the "Climber Program" talent echelon training project was held in Shanghai and Qingdao. This workshop focused on evaluating and improving the performance of leaders, developing cross-departmental leadership, leader selection and organization construction. Through two days of creative learning, we harvested not only management knowledge, tools and methods, but also the transformation of intellectual models and thinking patterns. As a manager, one should have the ability in both operating and managing, and focus on high-value, high-leverage and high-return issues, so that talents can become the "core competitiveness" of Bondex.
The two-day workshop has made the trainees realize more clearly that they are the "backbone" of Bondex's bridge between strategy-making and tactics-practicing. They should not only be responsible for their own performance, but more importantly, help their subordinates become excellent "leaders", reaching a "win-win" situation between themselves and their subordinates. At the same time, the trainees learned to think multi-dimensionally, enhance the awareness of whole situation, and ensure the achievement of Bondex's strategic goals by closely connecting sections in the organization and promoting the cooperation across the entire value chain.
Preparedness ensures success, unpreparedness spells failure. In this rapidly changing era, progress can only be maintained by continuous iteration of cognition. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step. In the next two months, we will "combine work and learning, and comprehend and apply what we have learned in practice”, and internalize what we have learned into our own abilities. We look forward to meeting you again at the "Climber Program Closing Debriefing Ceremony" to witness the changes of our climbers in the unity of knowledge and action.
